- Have you called the Lil Buddies office (929-3558) to confirm your reservation one week prior to departure? Please do not email or call your sitter for reservations.

- Will anyone be coming through the house while in our care? (workmen, relatives, neighbors) We always need to know.

- Do you have enough pet food, medicine, supplies (paper towels etc.) prior to leaving?

| |
- Have you left payment prior to leaving for your sitter?

| |
- Have you changed feeding instructions since your last meet and greet?
|
| |
- Have you changed any phone numbers?
(emergency contact, cell etc.)

- Have you added any pets since your last meet and greet? We would need to obtain a profile for insurance purposes. Additional cost may occur.

- Is your pet on a new medication that we need to know about? We always need to know in advance.

- Any recent illness or history of surgery since the last visit?

- Any new habits good or bad we should know about?

| Please do not forget to contact the Lil buddies office when you arrive home from your trip at 929-3558. For insurance purposes we ask please do not call your sitter at any time. If you need to hear from the sitter for any reason we will be happy to have them call you. Thank you! |
